Our Philosophy
We believe that a strong research and development effort is the only way to produce
truly step-out technology. At the same time, we are mindful that we must have a
clear and significant market for new technology that we develop; and we must be
prepared to rapidly advance our technology into the marketplace in order to secure a
leading position. We have identified several significant market opportunities in the clean
energy arena, which can all be addressed by our technology, and we are pursuing
novel solutions to meet the needs of these markets during the next decade and beyond.
We also believe in the power of collaborations, both with other companies and with
academic institutions. In that way, each organization brings to bear its own critical
skill set and enhances our ability to advance significant technology in a timely manner.
